What is your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or cancel with at least 36 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the appointment incur a $25 flat fee.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed through Stripe. A pre-authorization hold is placed before your service, and your card is only charged after the clean is complete.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. Let us know in the booking notes if you have pets so our team can plan accordingly.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide doorman access, a lockbox code, or smart lock instructions in their booking notes.

What if something is broken or damaged?

We are fully insured and bonded. In the rare event of damage, please submit a claim within 24 hours of your service.

Do you offer same-day cleaning?

Same-day service may be available by calling us directly. Online booking requires at least a 24-hour lead time.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean is for routine maintenance. A Deep Clean includes everything in Standard, plus baseboards, cabinet fronts, and extra scrubbing for buildup.
