Reschedule or cancel with at least 36 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the appointment incur a $25 flat fee.
Payments are processed through Stripe. A pre-authorization hold is placed before your service, and your card is only charged after the clean is complete.
Yes. Let us know in the booking notes if you have pets so our team can plan accordingly.
No. Many clients provide doorman access, a lockbox code, or smart lock instructions in their booking notes.
